Instructies
- Maak de mal simpel op maat voor je onder- en bovengebit door hem in de mond te plaatsen en de siliconen mal te laten vormen naar je gebit
- Poets en flos je tanden
- Haal de dop van de tweecomponentenspuit en plaats een tip op de spuit (de nieuwe mixing tips zijn herbruikbaar)
- Doe de gel in de mal – een dun streepje is voldoende, zorg dat de mal niet overstroomt
- Houd de mal twaalf minuten in je mond
- Haal de mal uit je mond
- Spoel deze om met water en plaats in de bijgeleverde box
- Poets je tanden met tandpasta om de overtollige gel weg te poetsen
- Herhaal deze stappen gedurende tien dagen één keer per dag
