How to Make French Onion Meatloaf in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
Recently, I received a comment from one of our readers, Chanelle, on our French Onion Crock Pot Meatloaf. Why paraphrase her words when I love them so much?
“I have made this a couple times and it is now my favorite meatloaf! I do have a question. If I wanted to bake this in the oven, do you know what I would set it to? Time/temp?”
I’m thrilled when I learn that a reader loves a recipe I have posted. Really, it makes my day. So, I knew I wanted to help her out by figuring out the temperature and timing for making this yummy recipe in an oven.
My kids and hubs agree with Chanelle about how yummy this meatloaf tastes. Ryder, my nine year old, came in while I was editing the photos for this post. He looked at the photos and said, “Mom! That meatloaf was awesome!” I laughed and told him I agree. So, there you have it folks! My little nine year old foodie has given his stamp of approval. I hope you enjoy it as much as he (and the rest of the family) does.
